Brilliant service from start to finish. The sales person was extremely informative. The fitters were extremely professional and friendly, explaining in detail how to use our new multi fuel stove. I would highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone who is considering purchasing a multi fuel stove.

Purchased my fire over the phone after visiting the showroom and was delivered to Holywell N Wales same day. Not set the fire up as yet but will comment again when fitted. Very pleased with staff and very helpful

Visited Centreline showroom which is very impressive. So much to choose from and all of a high standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. I visited Centreline Fires a few weeks ago with a vague idea of what I wanted. Within 10 minutes I had a clear idea of what my options were and I had placed my order. The packages available made my decision really easy. I ordered that day and the fire was fitted yesterday. The staff have been incredibly helpful from start to finish and explained everything in detail. I never patronised, even though I had no idea of what fuel the existing fire even was. I wasn’t home when the fire was fitted but Keith came back that evening to explain everything to me and show me how it worked. Would recommend to anyone looking tor a great, professional service. I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful fire.

Graham and his team are amazing.We bought a wood burning stove from here.In the showroom they explained all the options available to us.His team fitted the stove and a new chimney breast.They were efficient,polite and did an amazing job.Wouldnt recommend anywhere else. Would give more stars if possible.So happy with end result.
