Outstanding service from start to finish!! Kevin in the showroom was very knowledgeable, helping us choose the right fire and surround - whilst even entertaining the children in the showroom whilst we had a good look around!! Then Andy and his team who installed it couldn’t have done a better job, the finish is perfect and they didn’t leave a bit of mess! Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Centreline Fires were absolutely fantastic! Keith, and team did a brilliant job, and went above and beyond for fitting our fireplace. From the get-go, speaking to Graham in sales, the whole team were approachable, friendly, super informative and great to talk to. We had an old gas fire chamber, which needed widening, and some height added in order to fit the chamber board (fireboard) and stove itself, along with oak timber, and hearth (plus flue lining, cowl etc) They broke down what was needed, built back up where necessary. They cleaned to an extremely high level, and removed all debris. My girlfriend, child, and I were super happy with the transformation this has made to our living room, and we will absolutely be recommending Keith, and team as part of any on-going works for anyone, be it residential or commercial. Your work ethic, honesty, and customer service is highly commendable, and highly sought after - so thank you again!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I visited Centreline Fires a few weeks ago with a vague idea of what I wanted. Within 10 minutes I had a clear idea of what my options were and I had placed my order. The packages available made my decision really easy. I ordered that day and the fire was fitted yesterday. The staff have been incredibly helpful from start to finish and explained everything in detail. I never patronised, even though I had no idea of what fuel the existing fire even was. I wasn’t home when the fire was fitted but Keith came back that evening to explain everything to me and show me how it worked. Would recommend to anyone looking tor a great, professional service. I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful fire.

Mike and Jay just finished installing two wood burners for our new home. Can’t recommend these guys enough, they were amazing! They talked us through every step of the installation and even though our house may have had a few unexpected properties they had a solution for every problem. We are so happy with the job they have done and the hard work they put in over the past couple of days. Thank you both and thanks Kev from Centreline as well for all of your help!

Make sure you get what you ask for, We didn’t, …yes the work was done very well, the fire works beautifully, the guys were great, however the overall look of what we discussed with Graham, photos sent etc, wasn’t achieved. He told us to tell the fitters what we wanted. Having a very wide chimney breast, 203cm we wanted a nice wide opening for log burner, so we could store logs either side. What we got was a standerd 76cm wide opening, the burner is 46cm wide leaving 7.62 cm on either side. We were told it couldn’t be done, we have had 2 other people in to see if that’s the case, a builder and an established log burner installer. Both said we could’ve had any width we wanted within the breast width. We felt what we got was the easiest option.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!
