Mike and Jay did a superb job installing our new log burner . They arrived before 9:00 and were finished by 2:45. Efficient and professional, they installed the log burner, cleaned up ( floors and furniture were all covered before under taking the work) and went through all the manufacturers information regarding the working and maintenance of the burner. I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking about having a log burner.

Had my multi fuel burner fitted by Centerline, all done and sorted in one day, really nice crew did the work, very respectful of the property and clearly took pride in their work, will be getting another installation done by them soon. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Whilst this company was outside the radius they cover, I could not have been happier with the service I just received. So helpful, informative and transparent. I only wish they were closer. You just do not get personal service like this these days sadly. Thanks for your advice.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion.
