Verified Google Review Recently had a new multi-fuel log burner installed by Centreline Fires. I would highly recommend them. From the initial sales team in the showroom (no pressure & just over. £1000 cheaper than other Wirral based installer quotes) to the installation - Andy & his team and the plasterer Steve. Very neat job, no mess and all rubbish removed from site. Had an old 1980’s gas gobbler removed and the new stove installed. Punctual, smart and quick. Very, very pleased with this company and would use them again.

Verified Centreline Review Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

The installer took the time to show me how to operate the stove and answered all my questions. I attended the showroom twice before we made our purchase and both times, the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Centreline made the process super easy from start to finish. However, an item was missed off the quote by the showroom, which we didn't notice until the job was halfway completed, the item was offered after we highlighted the issue, however we budgeted for the original quote unfortunately, so we agreed to continue following their original quote, the team however was very quick with support and correcting the confusion. Installers arrived on time. They gave clear instructions on how to use the fire. They were thoughtful and courteous about the fact my partner was working upstairs and needed minimal noise. We noticed after they left that the beam wasn't flushed to the wall as it was slightly separating due to the weight, once this was highlighted the company offered to correct the issue and they gave us the impression that they wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the job. 3 stars for the multiple issues but we have had good conversations with the team, if the gap is solved and servicing in the future is good, it will change to a 4 star.

Verified Centreline Review I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Verified Centreline Review Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

We saw an offer on Instagram and requested more information, next day received a call and some helpful recommendations. Same day we looked at the options in the showroom and agreed an installation date just a few weeks after. Our old stove must have given everyone a headache but the installation team (Jamie and Adam) did a wonderful job and we even got some good advice on how to use the new stove in the best way. The two installers did work very efficient and left our place really tidy. Would highly recommend!!
