Verified Centreline Review Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Verified Google Review We had our log burner and surround fitted yesterday. We visited the showroom several times for advice and to look at the displays before making a decision. The in-store team including Sylvia, Graham and Chris were all very knowledgeable and explained what options would be possible for us. We upgraded from the basic package, needed to have the gas capped off and also needed a cherry picker to access the chimney. The team coordinated all this and kept us informed. Our fire and surround were fitted by Jamie and Adam. They were very careful to protect our furniture and carpet from the inevitable dust created on opening up the chimney breast and removing the backfill from the previous gas fire. They were polite and professional and worked hard and quietly to complete the whole job, including patching in on the same day. They then tidied up and educated us how to use the fire. We are delighted with our new fire and fireplace and would definitely use this company again. Thank you to the whole team!

Verified Centreline Review Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. We saw an offer on Instagram and requested more information, next day received a call and some helpful recommendations. Same day we looked at the options in the showroom and agreed an installation date just a few weeks after. Our old stove must have given everyone a headache but the installation team (Jamie and Adam) did a wonderful job and we even got some good advice on how to use the new stove in the best way. The two installers did work very efficient and left our place really tidy. Would highly recommend!!

The showroom is fab the fires are the best around and the displays are great. I've not seen better anywhere... James and Mike arrived and literally never stopped all day building the media wall there work is fantastic using all the best materials I'm so impressed.. Steve arrived to plaster another worker who literally didn't stop working the finish on the wall is excellent.. Alan and Ben are the electricians nothing to much trouble for them 2 great workers again even coming back to change the TV bracket we bought the wrong one.. Not leaving till everythink was spot on..highly recommended them.. Not one of them left a mess everyone covered up everythink and cleaned up after the work was completed.. Honestly can't reccomend this company enough if anyone's thinking of a new fire or media wall you won't be disappointed..

From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional.
