Whilst this company was outside the radius they cover, I could not have been happier with the service I just received. So helpful, informative and transparent. I only wish they were closer. You just do not get personal service like this these days sadly. Thanks for your advice.

Centreline Fires recently fitted our new wood burner, and we couldn't be more pleased. Although we initially waited longer than intended, was well worth the wait. The sales team in the office were superb, and kept us updated throughout. The installation engineers were very professional, courteous and we had a service with a smile. Very satisfied customers......thanks team :) Would highly recommended. PS - the stains on the carpet were previously there.

I had a stove fitted today. I can’t remember the two lads names that did the work, but they were class throughout. Professional and very meticulous. They worked very hard to ensure the job was done to a very high standard and gave a detailed breakdown of how it all works and what kind of aftercare was needed which I appreciated. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again!

Had a log burner installed by Jamie and Dave, both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond letting me know of an unrelated electrical fault. Thank you guys, love my new fire :)

After a year of deliberation and travelling around the northwest and north wales looking at hundreds of fires! We came across centre line fires, within 30 minutes we had chosen and booked our package. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later we have it all fitted and finished as promised. The engineers that fit are really respectful of your home and should be praised. Great service, excellent value. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. Thanks to the team

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Graham was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom. He had great advice but wasn't pushy in any way and listened to what I was looking for, as well as about some potential issues with the gas pipes in the chimney breast. Getting booked in for fitting was straight forward and included everything from brickwork to the moving of gas pipes, taking away and clearing all the debris. Jay and Charlie arrived promptly on the day of fitting and were brilliant, working non stop! Everything was done to a really high standard and I won't hesitate to recommend Centreline Fires as the place to go. Thank you so much, it's exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly good value for money.

When purchasing our new log burner package, Graham, the owner, was extremely informative, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, from the different burner options to what would work best for our existing fireplace setup. His knowledge and guidance gave us real confidence in our choice. When it came to the installation, Keith and Charlie were brilliant. They were incredibly professional, hardworking, and meticulous throughout the entire process. The job wasn’t straightforward – there were a few challenges with our existing fire and surround – but they tackled every issue with skill and determination, finding clever solutions and never cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They protected all surrounding areas, kept everything neat while working, and left the room spotless at the end of the day . Their attention to detail and pride in their work were clear to see, and the final result looks absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the installation. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations from start to finish.
