From start to finish, this was a brilliant decision to use Centreline for our new wood burner for our home. Chris was brilliant on the phone when I called up and he invited us down to have a look at the different options at his showroom. The showroom is really well presented, with lots of options so you can actually see the different types of log burners as they have a large range in house. Nigel helped us in the showroom, he was brilliant. Very nice helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom is great, because you have 5 or so options to select (a bit like a pick n mix) so you can upgrade and really get a sense of what you want. It's not confusing, it's really clever, easy and helpful. Nigel also came and did a site survey and explained the process to us. The guys came to fit the fire. They were early and ready to roll right away. The guys were brilliant, very polite and when there was a little issue (not their fault, just the house) the guys explained everything in full and kept me informed. They were very clean, and did their best to clean everything. The fire is brilliant and so was the experience. The guys were super fast, but great. I would highly recommend this company. They are very very good.

We have just had a media wall and fire fitted by Centreline, and the end product is top class and amazing. Kevin and his team provided a highly professional and knowledgeable service from start to finish. The showroom is well laid out with plenty of choice, and on visiting the showroom, Kevin provided excellent advice on the options available. We decided to upgrade our media wall to include Venetian plastering, and it looks stunning. I highly recommend Centreline fires as the company for your new fire if you want a 5 star job done.

I visited Centreline Fires a few weeks ago with a vague idea of what I wanted. Within 10 minutes I had a clear idea of what my options were and I had placed my order. The packages available made my decision really easy. I ordered that day and the fire was fitted yesterday. The staff have been incredibly helpful from start to finish and explained everything in detail. I never patronised, even though I had no idea of what fuel the existing fire even was. I wasn’t home when the fire was fitted but Keith came back that evening to explain everything to me and show me how it worked. Would recommend to anyone looking tor a great, professional service. I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful fire.

I had my log burner fitted today, from enquiry through to fitting I have received a friendly and reliable service from Grahame and the team. Andy and Mikey who fitted the fire took great care to ensure everything was fitted correctly, mess was cleaned up and that I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. I'm certain this is going to look really special once the room is decorated. I'd highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again in future.

Recently had a new multi-fuel log burner installed by Centreline Fires. I would highly recommend them. From the initial sales team in the showroom (no pressure & just over. £1000 cheaper than other Wirral based installer quotes) to the installation - Andy & his team and the plasterer Steve. Very neat job, no mess and all rubbish removed from site. Had an old 1980’s gas gobbler removed and the new stove installed. Punctual, smart and quick. Very, very pleased with this company and would use them again.

Centreline Fires recently fitted our new wood burner, and we couldn't be more pleased. Although we initially waited longer than intended, was well worth the wait. The sales team in the office were superb, and kept us updated throughout. The installation engineers were very professional, courteous and we had a service with a smile. Very satisfied customers......thanks team :) Would highly recommended. PS - the stains on the carpet were previously there.

10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.

Can't reccomend this company enough from the initial visit to the showroom to kev advising on the home visit. The showroom is fab the fires are the best around and the displays are great. I've not seen better anywhere... James and Mike arrived and literally never stopped all day building the media wall there work is fantastic using all the best materials I'm so impressed.. Steve arrived to plaster another worker who literally didn't stop working the finish on the wall is excellent.. Alan and Ben are the electricians nothing to much trouble for them 2 great workers again even coming back to change the TV bracket we bought the wrong one.. Not leaving till everythink was spot on..highly recommended them.. Not one of them left a mess everyone covered up everythink and cleaned up after the work was completed.. Honestly can't reccomend this company enough if anyone's thinking of a new fire or media wall you won't be disappointed..

Just had an Elgin and Hall Callios gas fire and white marble surround fitted. Fab fitters- neat, tidy and efficient. The sales team were lovely and patient with me and helped me choose the lovely fire. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

Absolute 5* experience with Centreline Fires and would not hesitate to recommend. We travelled from Wigan to Centreline after visiting many showrooms close to home were too pushy for sales, they didn't even come close to our experience with Centreline. Kev is really knowledgeable and no hard/pushy sales! He actually recommended we didn't spend more on a higher range fire (and he could have said nothing and made more money out of us but he gave his honest opinions and they were taken into account). From the minute we stepped foot through the door we were in safe hands. From ordered to fitting was less than 3 weeks! Incredibly impressed. The fitters who came out on the day were equally as fab, covered all furniture and left the job clean and tidy! (They literally didn't stop and didn't even take a break to get the job done!) In the process of having an extension and will definitely be returning to Centreline for another fire in several month times! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

We are so happy with our wood burner. Friendly, clear and honest advice in showroom and helped us choose exactly the right package for us. They fitted the fire within 2 weeks (including survey). Mike and Jay removed our old fire, fitted our new one and installed a chimney pot before 3pm. Their work is so neat and they left the room really tidy. We couldn't be more pleased!

The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! I decided to go with Centreline to install my stove because of the outstanding reviews here and they definitely lived up to expectations. Kev and the team in the showroom were friendly and helpful and managed to get my installation booked in within a week due to a cancellation. The installation team arrived on time and were clearly really good at what they do. They even managed to keep everything pretty clean and tidy in what was a messy job! Thanks to everyone for such great service all round. Looking forward to a cosy winter with my new stove!

Centreline have fitted 2 fires for us in our new house. The service from start to finish from Graham in the office to all of the fitting teams has been faultless. We’re thrilled with the finished products too and couldn’t recommend Centreline highly enough.

Exceptional..from showroom visit to fitting. The fitters, Andy and Lewis, were an absolute joy and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Their workmanship was performed smoothly and perfectly. They respected my property as though it was their own. I would give a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Make sure you get what you ask for, We didn’t, …yes the work was done very well, the fire works beautifully, the guys were great, however the overall look of what we discussed with Graham, photos sent etc, wasn’t achieved. He told us to tell the fitters what we wanted. Having a very wide chimney breast, 203cm we wanted a nice wide opening for log burner, so we could store logs either side. What we got was a standerd 76cm wide opening, the burner is 46cm wide leaving 7.62 cm on either side. We were told it couldn’t be done, we have had 2 other people in to see if that’s the case, a builder and an established log burner installer. Both said we could’ve had any width we wanted within the breast width. We felt what we got was the easiest option.

We have worked with Kevin and his team on numerous occasions and could not recommend Centreline Fires more highly. The attention to detail and professionalism of the team is first class. Every project is completed to the highest standard and all work is undertaken in a clean and tidy manner. If you are looking for a new fire installation then these are the guys to call.

The lads who came out to fit it where very pleasant, respectful and tidy. I was shown how to use the fire and they made sure I was happy before leaving. We have had our wood burner/media wall installed over the past 2 days, and we are absolutely over the moon! We couldn’t have asked for a better job. From start to finish Jamie and Adam the fitters were faultless! Hats off to the lads they cracked on hassle free! Very polite and easy to chat too. Any questions I asked they answered professionally. Then run me through the steps on how to heat cycle the fire at the end of the job. Well done to the pair of them! And Centreline for getting me booked in fast and easy as soon as they could.

Fire fitters arrived on time, sheeted up and moved some furniture. Set about their work quickly, efficiently and politely. When an issue arose re our chimney breast the problem was discussed and solution agreed. The instal was completed mid afternoon with a comprehensive handover and explanation of how to light, use and maintain the fire. The room was left clean and tidy with all waste removed from site. This is how trades should operate. The whole process, buying, fitting etc was comfortable with no pressure but professional throughout. Well done all concerned.The fire surround has not been plastered, we aren't sure how we want to finish it all off yet so was left at our request.

I visited the Centreline showroom a couple of weeks ago, looking to have a multi-fuel stove and hearth fitted. The showroom was one of the best I had visited. We spoke to Graham, who was great. He took us through the package options and was very helpful when it came to making our choice. Keith and Lewis (the fitters) arrived today and were amazing, they did an excellent job. I knew I was going to love it but I underestimated just how much. 😍❤️ They went above and beyond expectations and I'm over the moon with the finished product. After a lot of research, we ended up buying our fire from Centreline. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We are delighted with our fire. These things are not cheap, so having people like Graham and Kevin to deal with & guide us through the minefield made it slightly less painful! The showroom is amazing, I would recommend them to anyone.

Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Andy and Lewis did a really great job. Lovely guys managed all the mess from the minute they walked in the door and but sheeting down in the hall. Answered all our questions and worked around what finish we wanted once the fireplace was opened up. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the whole „experience“ with centreline fires was great. We saw an offer on Instagram and requested more information, next day received a call and some helpful recommendations. Same day we looked at the options in the showroom and agreed an installation date just a few weeks after. Our old stove must have given everyone a headache but the installation team (Jamie and Adam) did a wonderful job and we even got some good advice on how to use the new stove in the best way. The two installers did work very efficient and left our place really tidy. Would highly recommend!!

Hi we used centreline fires recently and all I can say is they went above & beyond to help us on our journey Graham was so helpful & knowledgeable on the phone even though I was a pest with the loads of questions!!! He was so good with me then we arranged instalation and the 2 lads that came out to fit it were very good & talked us through everything we needed to know also they are very clean workers keep the mess down So a big shout out to Keith & Lewis lovely lads, we had one little mishap that wasn't there fault & was sorted immediately.so I can with my hand on my heart totally recommend this firm for efficiency helpfulness and customer service five star all the way thanks again lads we love the fire its stunning

I had been to other shops for quotes and advice and was happy. I then kept seeing Centreline coming up in my social media a lot!! I took the trip over and from walking through the door I knew I was going to go through Centreline. The staff were amazing they knew exactly what I needed, other shops just told me I could have anything I wanted. These don’t, they looked at my photos and told me which fires are could have. I knew what I wanted and they were very good with pricing and advising me making sure I knew the extra cost of things. They came out a few weeks later and it was all done and dusted in two days. They fitters were great and very tidy. I am so happy with the result and must be the only person wanting cold weather!! I would highly recommend they were brilliant. All the way through the process.

requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

Excellent service from start to finish. We visited Centreline Fires to look at replacing our gas fire with an electric one, after having a number of issues with our gas fire which was previously bought and installed from another fireplace store. The service we received from both the staff in the store and the fitters was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the finish.

I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me. Mike and Jay just finished installing two wood burners for our new home. Can’t recommend these guys enough, they were amazing! They talked us through every step of the installation and even though our house may have had a few unexpected properties they had a solution for every problem. After a year of deliberation and travelling around the northwest and north wales looking at hundreds of fires! We came across centre line fires, within 30 minutes we had chosen and booked our package. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later we have it all fitted and finished as promised. The engineers that fit are really respectful of your home and should be praised. Centreline Fires were absolutely fantastic! Keith, and team did a brilliant job, and went above and beyond for fitting our fireplace. From the get-go, speaking to Graham in sales, the whole team were approachable, friendly, super informative and great to talk to. We had an old gas fire chamber, which needed widening, and some height added in order to fit the chamber board (fireboard) and stove itself, along with oak timber, and hearth (plus flue lining, cowl etc) They broke down what was needed, built back up where necessary. They cleaned to an extremely high level, and removed all debris. My girlfriend, child, and I were super happy with the transformation this has made to our living room, and we will absolutely be recommending Keith, and team as part of any on-going works for anyone, be it residential or commercial. Your work ethic, honesty, and customer service is highly commendable, and highly sought after - so thank you again!

What a five star company! Keith and Charlie were amazing from start to finish. They were polite, respectful and really friendly. They ensured everything was done with minimal disruption and mess. Our job proved rather complicated with some unforeseen surprises in the chimney stack. Keith came up with plan b and saved the day! Nothing was to much and nothing was a problem. The stove and surround is amazing! It fits perfectly in our farmhouse kitchen and will be enjoyed for many years to come. Keith talked me through all The paper work, demonstrated how the stove worked and all the safety measures. The company also provided us with a carbon monoxide monitor which I thought was a great extra. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and they have been a delight to deal with from start to finish. A big thank you to Chris who looked after us in the showroom.

We have just had a multi fuel burning stove installed. Centreline had installed a gas fire for us a couple of years ago so we were happy to go back to them. Mike and Jay worked hard to open up an old fire place that must have been bricked up many years ago.They did a brilliant job installing the stove, taking care of our furnishings and removing all the bricks and rubble which they later took away. Mike was both helpful and informative on the workings of the stove which looks great. We are now looking forward to using it in the coming winter months.

Great service from start to finish creating a media wall. The team turned up on the day, on time and worked to a finish. The plastering work is phenomenal. Took a call from the office after the work was completed asking if there were any snags. We had an old fireplace and plinth removed which left a small gap where the plinth had been. The team came back and concreted the gap to perfection. Couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough. Great value and service.

Bought an electric fire a few months back as part of a room renovation see before & after photos. Just finished works recently. Delighted with the fire, looks great, good for the environment and heats room well. Easy to install ourselves. Staff at Centreline Fires were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again.

We've had a new Chatsworth wood burner from Centreline fires installed today, words can't say how happy I am with the lads who did the installation, Jamie and Adam are a credit to the company. They were amazing and talked me through everything I needed to know. They cleaned up after themselves and apart from the new installation you wouldn't know they've been, thank you both!

The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. The guys who came to fit the fire, did an outstanding job, professional, hard working, tidied up, explained fire care and function afterwards. Thank you both so much. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations. We had our new log burner installed yesterday. We were honestly blown away by the speed and quality of the work. Also really sound guys who were doing the work (Mike and Jay). We had a log burner installed by Centrelines and it's absolutely amazing - we literally could not be happier with it! Absolutely faultless service. We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know. It looks amazing and the heat off it is incredible (our dogs love it!). Thank you so much!

5* and more! From the time I first visited the showroom to the finished supply and fit, Centreline Fires were first class for customer advice, care and the final fitting. Kevin was very informative and patient whilst we decided which fire we would have (their showroom has such a fantastic selection). There was a small snag on the first fit when we realised that the existing liner needed replacing. Kevin and his team couldn’t do enough to assist, a liner was ordered and a second fit date arranged. Keith and James had the unenviable task of completing that fit today, it was not easy at all for them because of a concrete weight bearing joist blocking where the decorative pipe needed to go. They truly had the patience of a saint, and whilst trying to solve the problem, were constantly reassuring me that all would be good by the time they had finished. They did an amazing job and were a pleasure to have in our home. They took so much care over our carpets and furnishings and took all the boxes, old liner and bits of pipe with them when they left. They even put protective plates over our driveway for the cherry picker to sit on. They are a credit to the company. All the fitting checks and paperwork were handed to us, and they also register the work for you too. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Centreline Fires, and when our other fire gives up the ghost, we will definitely be returning. Thanks guys, we’re over the moon with our fire - we can chuck out our thermal underwear now!
