Perfect from start to finish so very helpful Jamie and his team left the whole room tidied with a beautiful fire thank you

After a year of deliberation and travelling around the northwest and north wales looking at hundreds of fires! We came across centre line fires, within 30 minutes we had chosen and booked our package. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later we have it all fitted and finished as promised. The engineers that fit are really respectful of your home and should be praised. Great service, excellent value. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. Thanks to the team

I would highly recommend Centreline Fires. Excellent service from initial enquires, installation and through to advice on use, care and maintenance. The removal of the old fire and installation if the new was fantastic - all done in 6 hours - with the house left cleaner than they found it! Thank you for doing such a great job.

Excellent service from start to finish. Gas had to be fitted to the fire and brick work knocked out. They did a superb job both in fitting and clearing up. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

We have just had a multi fuel burning stove installed. Centreline had installed a gas fire for us a couple of years ago so we were happy to go back to them. Mike and Jay worked hard to open up an old fire place that must have been bricked up many years ago.They did a brilliant job installing the stove, taking care of our furnishings and removing all the bricks and rubble which they later took away. Mike was both helpful and informative on the workings of the stove which looks great. We are now looking forward to using it in the coming winter months.

Had our log burner fitted by Centreline yesterday. Jamie and Adam didn’t stop all day and have done such an incredible job. We are so made up with the outcome and cannot wait for the plasterer to come and plaster the walls to finish it all off. We would 100% recommend Centreline - especially Graham in the office and Jamie and Adam the fitters. Brilliant experience all around.

Andy and Lewis did a really great job. Lovely guys managed all the mess from the minute they walked in the door and but sheeting down in the hall. Answered all our questions and worked around what finish we wanted once the fireplace was opened up. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased my fire over the phone after visiting the showroom and was delivered to Holywell N Wales same day. Not set the fire up as yet but will comment again when fitted. Very pleased with staff and very helpful

Excellent service from start to finish. We visited Centreline Fires to look at replacing our gas fire with an electric one, after having a number of issues with our gas fire which was previously bought and installed from another fireplace store. The service we received from both the staff in the store and the fitters was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the finish.

I couldnt recommend Centreline any higher. One cold day we went out looking for a log burning stove. First showroom we went into was freezing, looked like a building site and didnt have a member of staff in sight. We walked round and left. Next stop was Centreline. We walked into the showroom to a roaring log fire, tastefully decorated and welcomed by a member of staff who gave us some ideas and left us to decide what we wanted. Half an hour later we bought the stove package we wanted and left with a fitting date 2 weeks later. The big day came, Mike and Jay turned up to fit the fire. They were extremely professional and polite and made the job look effortless despite the few hiccups they found along the way. This is how you run a business that delivers what you promise. Honestly if you are reading this review and thinking of buying a fire, don't waste your time going anywhere else, just get yourself down to Centreline Fires.

We had 2 great guys come yesterday to kit us out with a multi fuel fire and the both worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess they made and were very informative on how it all worked. We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting any new fires fitted. well done to all the team very quick and professional from the first phone call all the way through to being fitted. Just like to say a massive thank you to the staff in Centreline fires from the moment we walked through the show room doors to the fitting of our new stove all staff were friendly informative and attentive the guys who fitted it today we're amazing they left our home spotless and carried out the fit even in the teaming rain, can't recommend them enough just need to move the dog now!!!
