Our Reviews

just had a media wall built, the workmanship was excellent, the advice was brilliant and the lads left the place clean and tidy, we're really pleased with everything a good job, thanks to all involved.

We can’t recommend this company highly enough. They were incredibly professional from the moment that we walked in. Their knowledge and advice was invaluable and the two fitters Keith and Charlie, who installed our stove were amazing in all aspects of their work. We are so pleased with how our stove looks and would not hesitate to recommend Centreline to anyone looking to buy a product from them.

I had my log burner fitted today, from enquiry through to fitting I have received a friendly and reliable service from Grahame and the team. Andy and Mikey who fitted the fire took great care to ensure everything was fitted correctly, mess was cleaned up and that I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. I'm certain this is going to look really special once the room is decorated. I'd highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again in future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Central Line Fires From start to finish, the team at Central Line Fires were absolutely fantastic. When purchasing our new log burner package, Graham, the owner, was extremely informative, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, from the different burner options to what would work best for our existing fireplace setup. His knowledge and guidance gave us real confidence in our choice. When it came to the installation, Keith and Charlie were brilliant. They were incredibly professional, hardworking, and meticulous throughout the entire process. The job wasn’t straightforward – there were a few challenges with our existing fire and surround – but they tackled every issue with skill and determination, finding clever solutions and never cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They protected all surrounding areas, kept everything neat while working, and left the room spotless at the end of the day . Their attention to detail and pride in their work were clear to see, and the final result looks absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the installation. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations from start to finish. Highly recommended – if you’re thinking about a log burner or fireplace installation, you won’t find a better team than Central Line Fires. Outstanding value for money. Jenny jackson

Amazing from start to finish - absolutely exceptional customer service and knowledge from the Saturday staff, getting it booked in so fast & dealing with a last minute change easily. I am in awe of Andy and his team that made such a big job so seamless, quick, clean and they really went above and beyond with care and consideration to ensure everything was perfect. So happy, amazing job, thanks so much!

Fabulous service again. Quickly resolved an issue with fitting our new electric fire and the result is fantastic! Thank you.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff in the showroom to assist correct choice of burner, through to knowledgeable and hardworking fitters for the installation. It is our second burner, we knew that we were in good hands after the first time.

Bought an electric fire a few months back as part of a room renovation see before & after photos. Just finished works recently. Delighted with the fire, looks great, good for the environment and heats room well. Easy to install ourselves. Staff at Centreline Fires were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again.

What an outstanding experience we have had start to finish. Walked into the showroom in Wallasey to be greeted by Sylvia who treated my wife and I like royalty. She helped us pick out the perfect package. Jamie and Adam did our installation and what a fantastic job they did. We are delighted with our new fireplace.

Jamie and Adam have just done a fabulous job fitting my coal burner. Highly recommend these guys and company

Had a wonderful experience with Centreline Fires from start to finish. From the beautiful showroom, to the helpful staff and the team that came to fit our fire, everything went seamlessly and was stress free. Friendly and professional service that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Centreline team 😊.

Delighted with the new stove. It looks great. Thanks for a very professional, prompt service from Jamie and Adam. Thanks so much. Before and after photos attached.

Jamie and Adam at Centreline, were quick, friendly and painless! And cleaned up after which was great!

Bought a wood stove last year. Made up with it at first. Noticed a crack at the back of the fire when cleaning it out for the spring this year. Minimum usage since installation. I did email in March and Graham said it could be due to wet logs, but I only ever buy store bought dried logs so I know it’s not that. He said he would send a replacement part out which I thought was great, which never arrived. I emailed recently to chase it up, no reply. Don’t say one thing and do another. Poor.

Centreline Fires recently fitted our new wood burner, and we couldn't be more pleased. Although we initially waited longer than intended, was well worth the wait. The sales team in the office were superb, and kept us updated throughout. The installation engineers were very professional, courteous and we had a service with a smile. Very satisfied customers......thanks team :) Would highly recommended. PS - the stains on the carpet were previously there.
