Mike
Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Im absolutely in love with what they have done for my living room best company we live in Wrexham and still went to the Wirral because Graham and the lads that come to do the fire were amazing graham explained everything to me so well i understood everything I nearly burst into tears because the fire just looks fantastic thank you so much for a job amazingly done so well worth every bit of money amazing xx

So happy with our media wall from centreline fires. The staff there are brilliant , from Graham at the showroom to the lads who built and fitted the media wall plus the plasterer. Professional outfit reliable and friendly couldn’t recommended more . Brilliant .

Andy and the lads did absolutely fantastic job of fitting media wall and log burner.Turned up early started straight on job. Told me all about the job they were doing. Kept me informed throughout the day of how the job was going. Finished result fantastic, every where was cleaned up, even got the hose outside, polite lads and worked non stop. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting log burner , with or without media wall. Big shout out to salesman Graham as well, who helped me with information in picking the right fire plus everything else needed for this job. Thanks everyone. Jo.

From visiting the showroom to my log burner being fitted I couldn’t fault the service I received. All staff were helpful, polite and knowledgable. The fitters were clean and efficient, also very patient in explaining how use my first log burner!

I can't compliment the team highly enough. From the beginning, in the showroom, to the end, in out house. Great service from knowledgeable team, and the installation was done with minimal mess (which is amazing considering what is involved). Now got an amazing focal point for our sitting room, who needs a tv when you have such a beautiful burner.

We had a slight problem with our fire, went to showroom asked for advice ,which the lovely staff sorted it on the phone and a gentleman came out next day and fixed our fire ,cliff and I would highly recommend centreline for fires and after service.

See ReviewCentreline Fires were absolutely fantastic! Keith, and team did a brilliant job, and went above and beyond for fitting our fireplace. From the get-go, speaking to Graham in sales, the whole team were approachable, friendly, super informative and great to talk to. We had an old gas fire chamber, which needed widening, and some height added in order to fit the chamber board (fireboard) and stove itself, along with oak timber, and hearth (plus flue lining, cowl etc) They broke down what was needed, built back up where necessary. They cleaned to an extremely high level, and removed all debris. My girlfriend, child, and I were super happy with the transformation this has made to our living room, and we will absolutely be recommending Keith, and team as part of any on-going works for anyone, be it residential or commercial. Your work ethic, honesty, and customer service is highly commendable, and highly sought after - so thank you again!

He was so good with me then we arranged instalation and the 2 lads that came out to fit it were very good & talked us through everything we needed to know also they are very clean workers keep the mess down So a big shout out to Keith & Lewis lovely lads, we had one little mishap that wasn't there fault & was sorted immediately.so I can with my hand on my heart totally recommend this firm for efficiency helpfulness and customer service five star all the way thanks again lads we love the fire its stunning

See Review10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.
