Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Bought a wood stove last year. Made up with it at first. Noticed a crack at the back of the fire when cleaning it out for the spring this year. Minimum usage since installation. I did email in March and Graham said it could be due to wet logs, but I only ever buy store bought dried logs so I know it’s not that. He said he would send a replacement part out which I thought was great, which never arrived. I emailed recently to chase it up, no reply. Don’t say one thing and do another. Poor. - UPDATE - a month later, still no reply, still a crack in my brand new fire. Stay clear, cheap ovens with no fixes when they inevitably go wrong.

We had a log burner installed by Centrelines and it's absolutely amazing - we literally could not be happier with it! Absolutely faultless service. We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know. It looks amazing and the heat off it is incredible (our dogs love it!). Thank you so much!

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Whilst this company was outside the radius they cover, I could not have been happier with the service I just received. So helpful, informative and transparent. I only wish they were closer. You just do not get personal service like this these days sadly. Thanks for your advice.

Keith and Charlie were a pleasure to have in my home. Not only excellent at their craft they talked me through the process and quickly made me feel confident about their work. They have cleaned up brilliantly, taught me how to safely use the multi fuel stove and been very patient with my questions. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
