Can't reccomend this company enough from the initial visit to the showroom to kev advising on the home visit. The showroom is fab the fires are the best around and the displays are great. I've not seen better anywhere... James and Mike arrived and literally never stopped all day building the media wall there work is fantastic using all the best materials I'm so impressed.. Steve arrived to plaster another worker who literally didn't stop working the finish on the wall is excellent.. Alan and Ben are the electricians nothing to much trouble for them 2 great workers again even coming back to change the TV bracket we bought the wrong one.. Not leaving till everythink was spot on..highly recommended them.. Not one of them left a mess everyone covered up everythink and cleaned up after the work was completed.. Honestly can't reccomend this company enough if anyone's thinking of a new fire or media wall you won't be disappointed..

Our HETAS accreditation ensures trust and reliability to all customers. This then allows you to claim your warranty for the fire. After your stove installation, you will receive a HETAS certificate to certify the fire.

Our slate hearths are sourced from the finest quarries, ensuring premium quality and strength. The natural variations in colour and pattern show a unique, bespoke charm to each piece.

These slate hearths have been perfectly designed, created and paired with the ideal stove to give you the real log burner experience and feel.

Quick, Simple, No-Hassle Process

Getting a new fire has never been easier. Choose your package, contact us, and we will take care of the rest.

Our before-and-after photos pictured here clearly show the transformation journey your space can have.

We started by enlarging the original hole to fit the fire (we can also remove fires that are already here if needed). Next, we prepared and installed the glass roc fireboard chamber and a stylish slate hearth, followed by the fitting of the stove and a geocast/solid oak beam.

Any patching of holes needed was smoothly plastered, and skirting boards were refitted and ready to be decorated. After a full clean-up (we remove all rubbish) and a fire test, the space looked fantastic! The customer was absolutely thrilled with the fresh, new look.

We had our log burner installed yesterday and the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. An excellent job from prep through to install and cleanup. The installer took the time to show me how to operate the stove and answered all my questions. We had a log burner installed by Centrelines and it's absolutely amazing - we literally could not be happier with it! Absolutely faultless service. We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
