I am not one for writing reviews, but I feel I need to write one for this company, we went to their showroom in Wallasey to have a look at the media walls, we did not feel hassled at all, Graham helped us with all the information we needed we felt relaxed and were happy with the price, Graham sorted everything for us so we didn't have to worry about anything, he made it so easy for us, the guys who fitted the media wall and plastered it were great and very clean and respectful, I am very happy with the end result and I would defiantly recommend this company to anybody looking to get a media wall done, Ask for Graham his is great :)

I had my log burner fitted today, from enquiry through to fitting I have received a friendly and reliable service from Grahame and the team. Andy and Mikey who fitted the fire took great care to ensure everything was fitted correctly, mess was cleaned up and that I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. I'm certain this is going to look really special once the room is decorated. I'd highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again in future.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Mike and Jay did a superb job installing our new log burner . They arrived before 9:00 and were finished by 2:45. Efficient and professional, they installed the log burner, cleaned up ( floors and furniture were all covered before under taking the work) and went through all the manufacturers information regarding the working and maintenance of the burner. I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking about having a log burner.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. From start to finish the service from Centreline Fires has been top notch. Andy and Nigel who installed our burner were totally professional. They explained the process and gave us options where possible, cleaning up as they went along. And they were nice fellas to boot. All in all it was the right decision to use Centreline Fires. Also, Chris at the showroom gave us excellent advice, which helped us make the right choice of burner for our room. I highly recommend.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
