After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Took a call from the office after the work was completed asking if there were any snags. We had an old fireplace and plinth removed which left a small gap where the plinth had been. The team came back and concreted the gap to perfection. Couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough. Great value and service.

Verified Google Review See ReviewCan't fault Centreline one bit, they initially came out in the summer to install a wood burner but they identified a safety issue that could have turned into something major had they not spotted it. They offered recommendations on how to fix it, which I took on board. Once I got that issue resolved they got me the soonest date they had available, and they came back out to install the burner. I know a few companies that would have ignored that safety concern but Centreline actually cared about our wellbeing. They even honoured the original Summer deal price, which I was eternally grateful for. I can't recommend them enough
