Verified Centreline Review Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Verified Centreline Review Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

We came across centre line fires, within 30 minutes we had chosen and booked our package. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later we have it all fitted and finished as promised. The engineers that fit are really respectful of your home and should be praised. Verified Google Review We have just had a multi fuel burning stove installed. Centreline had installed a gas fire for us a couple of years ago so we were happy to go back to them. Mike and Jay worked hard to open up an old fire place that must have been bricked up many years ago.They did a brilliant job installing the stove, taking care of our furnishings and removing all the bricks and rubble which they later took away. Mike was both helpful and informative on the workings of the stove which looks great. We are now looking forward to using it in the coming winter months.

From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. He had great advice but wasn't pushy in any way and listened to what I was looking for, as well as about some potential issues with the gas pipes in the chimney breast. Getting booked in for fitting was straight forward and included everything from brickwork to the moving of gas pipes, taking away and clearing all the debris. Jay and Charlie arrived promptly on the day of fitting and were brilliant, working non stop! Everything was done to a really high standard and I won't hesitate to recommend Centreline Fires as the place to go. Thank you so much, it's exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly good value for money.
