From entering the store where we met by Sylvia whose knowledge on fires, stoves, fireplaces and media walls were second to none Sylvia made us feel at ease and helped us make our decisions on what we were looking for. There was also Graham the top salesman who was there to help advise us on what was best with our package and make changes that were necessary which was invaluable. When it came to the day for installation the team arrived well equipped and all I can say was that their service was well received. The installation took all of a day with all rubble removed and taken away and an indent made for our tv to hang above the fire and then the plasterer did his work and they even thoroughly explained how to setup the fire and how to look after the fireplace they were all such a lovely bunch of lads - Jay, Charlie & Keith the fitters and Curt the plasterer, very friendly professional people. I certainly would not hesitate in recommending them and would definitely use their services if I required them again.

I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too.
