After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. We spoke to Graham, who was great. He took us through the package options and was very helpful when it came to making our choice. Keith and Lewis (the fitters) arrived today and were amazing, they did an excellent job. I knew I was going to love it but I underestimated just how much. 😍❤️ They went above and beyond expectations and I'm over the moon with the finished product. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I would 10 out of 10 highly recommend them. Thank you!

This was all done with expertise, they removed the old fireplace, repositioned the opening to make it central and replaced the old liner. I couldn't be more impressed with the work they have done. The lads were so polite and friendly always happy to answer my questions and provide expert guidance when needed. We went to Centerline Fires on recommendation from our friend who had a gas stove fitted, we were impressed with the work in her house and we are glad we chose this firm. If you are looking for a new fireplace give them a visit.

I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too.
