We’ve also just added an all-electic van to our fleet. This is a big deal for us as it’s the first of many – we’re planning to convert all our vehicles to electric by 2025.

When purchasing our new log burner package, Graham, the owner, was extremely informative, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, from the different burner options to what would work best for our existing fireplace setup. His knowledge and guidance gave us real confidence in our choice. When it came to the installation, Keith and Charlie were brilliant. They were incredibly professional, hardworking, and meticulous throughout the entire process. The job wasn’t straightforward – there were a few challenges with our existing fire and surround – but they tackled every issue with skill and determination, finding clever solutions and never cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They protected all surrounding areas, kept everything neat while working, and left the room spotless at the end of the day . Their attention to detail and pride in their work were clear to see, and the final result looks absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the installation. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations from start to finish. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. From start to finish, this was a brilliant decision to use Centreline for our new wood burner for our home. Chris was brilliant on the phone when I called up and he invited us down to have a look at the different options at his showroom. The showroom is really well presented, with lots of options so you can actually see the different types of log burners as they have a large range in house. Nigel helped us in the showroom, he was brilliant. Very nice helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom is great, because you have 5 or so options to select (a bit like a pick n mix) so you can upgrade and really get a sense of what you want. It's not confusing, it's really clever, easy and helpful. Nigel also came and did a site survey and explained the process to us. The guys came to fit the fire. They were early and ready to roll right away. The guys were brilliant, very polite and when there was a little issue (not their fault, just the house) the guys explained everything in full and kept me informed. They were very clean, and did their best to clean everything. The fire is brilliant and so was the experience. The guys were super fast, but great. I would highly recommend this company. They are very very good.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too.
