After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

First showroom we went into was freezing, looked like a building site and didnt have a member of staff in sight. We walked round and left. Next stop was Centreline. We walked into the showroom to a roaring log fire, tastefully decorated and welcomed by a member of staff who gave us some ideas and left us to decide what we wanted. Half an hour later we bought the stove package we wanted and left with a fitting date 2 weeks later. The big day came, Mike and Jay turned up to fit the fire. They were extremely professional and polite and made the job look effortless despite the few hiccups they found along the way. This is how you run a business that delivers what you promise. Honestly if you are reading this review and thinking of buying a fire, don't waste your time going anywhere else, just get yourself down to Centreline Fires.

We spoke to Graham, who was great. He took us through the package options and was very helpful when it came to making our choice. Keith and Lewis (the fitters) arrived today and were amazing, they did an excellent job. I knew I was going to love it but I underestimated just how much. 😍❤️ They went above and beyond expectations and I'm over the moon with the finished product. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I would 10 out of 10 highly recommend them. Thank you!

I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too.
