AGA Westbury Wood Burning Stove

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Just had a beautiful stove and chimney breast installed and we couldn't be happier. From our first visit to the showroom through to installation, we have been treated so well. We're particularly grateful to Graham for his advice which saved us at least £2000 and to Andy and the team for being so friendly, considerate (and tidy!) whilst working in our home. Make sure you get what you ask for, We didn’t, …yes the work was done very well, the fire works beautifully, the guys were great, however the overall look of what we discussed with Graham, photos sent etc, wasn’t achieved. He told us to tell the fitters what we wanted. Having a very wide chimney breast, 203cm we wanted a nice wide opening for log burner, so we could store logs either side. What we got was a standerd 76cm wide opening, the burner is 46cm wide leaving 7.62 cm on either side. We were told it couldn’t be done, we have had 2 other people in to see if that’s the case, a builder and an established log burner installer. Both said we could’ve had any width we wanted within the breast width. We felt what we got was the easiest option.

I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me. I would recommend Centreline without hesitation and will definitely be a return customer with any future projects. Thankyou centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed.
