Their showroom is great and they went the extra mile to get my fire installed, in the wake of an accident to one of their fitters, leaving them short-staffed. Andy & his team worked on a Sunday with minimum fuss & I am delighted with the result. Well done & I would recommend you to anyone.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had Jamie and Adam here to install a wood burner fire,I chose Centreline fires based on Google reviews and seemed to good to be true but they where brilliant punctual extremely tidy and done a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier and a credit to the company,100% would recommend, brilliant

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Jamie & Danny came to fit my log burner today, excellent job, very professional, cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed! Painless process from going into the showroom to the fitting !

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Visited several other fire installers locally and were not impressed with either the indifferent staff or expensive quotes, then travelled a little further to Centreline Fires, Wallasey. Big difference with the welcome from both Chris on the first visit and Graham on the second compared to the others we had visited. Very helpful and very good quote for the multi fuel stove with full installation. The 2 installers, Adam and Jamie were great. Very friendly and carried out an excellent professional installation. Didn’t stop all day except for the occasional brew, thanks all. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation process and highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
