I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Had my multi fuel burner fitted by Centerline, all done and sorted in one day, really nice crew did the work, very respectful of the property and clearly took pride in their work, will be getting another installation done by them soon. A neighbour has already been to have a look and is impressed, think they will be booking soon.

My experience of Centreline Fires was wholly positive. Their showroom is great and they went the extra mile to get my fire installed, in the wake of an accident to one of their fitters, leaving them short-staffed. Andy & his team worked on a Sunday with minimum fuss & I am delighted with the result. Well done & I would recommend you to anyone.

Keith and Charlie were a pleasure to have in my home. Not only excellent at their craft they talked me through the process and quickly made me feel confident about their work. They have cleaned up brilliantly, taught me how to safely use the multi fuel stove and been very patient with my questions. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Bought an electric fire a few months back as part of a room renovation see before & after photos. Just finished works recently. Delighted with the fire, looks great, good for the environment and heats room well. Easy to install ourselves. Staff at Centreline Fires were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again.
