Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Visited Centreline showroom which is very impressive. So much to choose from and all of a high standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Ordered media wall to be fitted which was completed to a high standard by a team who were very professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone for excellent service. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Wooden beam not properly installed, slight gap between it and the wall. Forgot part of our original order (tiles) even though it was written on the order we sent them and told us it hadn't been included in the original quote so it was going to cost us a lot more than originally quoted. Installed a TV hole but when we put the TV mount and TV up cracks started appearing so we had to take the plaster off and reinforce the wall ourselves to hold the TV.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We had our log burner and surround fitted yesterday. We visited the showroom several times for advice and to look at the displays before making a decision. The in-store team including Sylvia, Graham and Chris were all very knowledgeable and explained what options would be possible for us. We upgraded from the basic package, needed to have the gas capped off and also needed a cherry picker to access the chimney. The team coordinated all this and kept us informed. Our fire and surround were fitted by Jamie and Adam. They were very careful to protect our furniture and carpet from the inevitable dust created on opening up the chimney breast and removing the backfill from the previous gas fire. They were polite and professional and worked hard and quietly to complete the whole job, including patching in on the same day. They then tidied up and educated us how to use the fire. We are delighted with our new fire and fireplace and would definitely use this company again. Thank you to the whole team!
