Centreline Fires were absolutely fantastic! Keith, and team did a brilliant job, and went above and beyond for fitting our fireplace. From the get-go, speaking to Graham in sales, the whole team were approachable, friendly, super informative and great to talk to. We had an old gas fire chamber, which needed widening, and some height added in order to fit the chamber board (fireboard) and stove itself, along with oak timber, and hearth (plus flue lining, cowl etc) They broke down what was needed, built back up where necessary. They cleaned to an extremely high level, and removed all debris. My girlfriend, child, and I were super happy with the transformation this has made to our living room, and we will absolutely be recommending Keith, and team as part of any on-going works for anyone, be it residential or commercial. Your work ethic, honesty, and customer service is highly commendable, and highly sought after - so thank you again!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
