Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a gas fire and surround fitted by Keith and Charlie. Was really impressed by how careful and thorough they were while fitting it. Unfortunately the next morning in the daylight we noticed a chip on the corner of the mantle. We got in touch with Centerline fires and within a week Keith and Charlie were able to come back and sort it. Excellent job, very pleased with the results.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

After a year of deliberation and travelling around the northwest and north wales looking at hundreds of fires! We came across centre line fires, within 30 minutes we had chosen and booked our package. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later we have it all fitted and finished as promised. The engineers that fit are really respectful of your home and should be praised. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Bought a wood stove last year. Made up with it at first. Noticed a crack at the back of the fire when cleaning it out for the spring this year. Minimum usage since installation. I did email in March and Graham said it could be due to wet logs, but I only ever buy store bought dried logs so I know it’s not that. He said he would send a replacement part out which I thought was great, which never arrived. I emailed recently to chase it up, no reply. Don’t say one thing and do another. Poor. - UPDATE - a month later, still no reply, still a crack in my brand new fire. Stay clear, cheap ovens with no fixes when they inevitably go wrong.
