Broseley Serrano Electric Stove

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. From start to finish the service from Centreline Fires has been top notch. Andy and Nigel who installed our burner were totally professional. They explained the process and gave us options where possible, cleaning up as they went along. And they were nice fellas to boot. All in all it was the right decision to use Centreline Fires. Also, Chris at the showroom gave us excellent advice, which helped us make the right choice of burner for our room. I highly recommend.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff at the showroom (Kevin and Graeme) were extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged fitting within a week of ordering and the two fitters were fantastic. They were professional, tidy and their work was of the highest standard. The fire looks lovely, we are so pleased with it.

10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We had 2 great guys come yesterday to kit us out with a multi fuel fire and the both worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess they made and were very informative on how it all worked. We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting any new fires fitted. well done to all the team very quick and professional from the first phone call all the way through to being fitted. I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me. I would recommend Centreline without hesitation and will definitely be a return customer with any future projects. Thankyou centreline.

I visited the Centreline showroom a couple of weeks ago, looking to have a multi-fuel stove and hearth fitted. The showroom was one of the best I had visited. We spoke to Graham, who was great. He took us through the package options and was very helpful when it came to making our choice. Keith and Lewis (the fitters) arrived today and were amazing, they did an excellent job. I knew I was going to love it but I underestimated just how much. 😍❤️ They went above and beyond expectations and I'm over the moon with the finished product. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I would 10 out of 10 highly recommend them. Thank you!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
