Wooden beam not properly installed, slight gap between it and the wall. Forgot part of our original order (tiles) even though it was written on the order we sent them and told us it hadn't been included in the original quote so it was going to cost us a lot more than originally quoted. Installed a TV hole but when we put the TV mount and TV up cracks started appearing so we had to take the plaster off and reinforce the wall ourselves to hold the TV.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff in the showroom to assist correct choice of burner, through to knowledgeable and hardworking fitters for the installation. It is our second burner, we knew that we were in good hands after the first time.

We had 2 great guys come yesterday to kit us out with a multi fuel fire and the both worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess they made and were very informative on how it all worked. Can't fault Centreline one bit, they initially came out in the summer to install a wood burner but they identified a safety issue that could have turned into something major had they not spotted it. They offered recommendations on how to fix it, which I took on board. Once I got that issue resolved they got me the soonest date they had available, and they came back out to install the burner. I know a few companies that would have ignored that safety concern but Centreline actually cared about our wellbeing. They even honoured the original Summer deal price, which I was eternally grateful for. I can't recommend them enough

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
