Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I don't normally leave reviews but i have to mentionJamie and Adam the two guys who fitted my log burner on Tuesday 06/05/25. The professionalism these two guys showed towards their jobs is second to none. they came in with no fuss fitted my fire , kept me informed of everything they were doing and made an absolute perfect job. I can't reccommend these two guys highly enough. The company itself has been exceptional from start to finish. Keep doing what you are doing guys, it's exceptional. Thank you

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
