Broseley Serrano 7 SE Multi-Fuel Stove

I decided to go with Centreline to install my stove because of the outstanding reviews here and they definitely lived up to expectations. Kev and the team in the showroom were friendly and helpful and managed to get my installation booked in within a week due to a cancellation. The installation team arrived on time and were clearly really good at what they do. They even managed to keep everything pretty clean and tidy in what was a messy job! Thanks to everyone for such great service all round. Looking forward to a cosy winter with my new stove!

Brilliant service from start to finish. The sales person was extremely informative. The fitters were extremely professional and friendly, explaining in detail how to use our new multi fuel stove. I would highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone who is considering purchasing a multi fuel stove.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Excellent experience at the showroom Graham talked us through all options. Keith and Charlie fitted the gas wood burner. They were clean,polite and finished in around 2 hours. Deleted with the results. Ian & Pam Meols

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Visited Centreline showroom which is very impressive. So much to choose from and all of a high standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Ordered media wall to be fitted which was completed to a high standard by a team who were very professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone for excellent service. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Had the stove package fitted on the 28th of January 2025, lads arrived promptly, very professional, done the job as described and tidied up and explained how to use the stove in detail before leaving.
