I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had Jamie and Adam here to install a wood burner fire,I chose Centreline fires based on Google reviews and seemed to good to be true but they where brilliant punctual extremely tidy and done a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier and a credit to the company,100% would recommend, brilliant

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Wooden beam not properly installed, slight gap between it and the wall. Forgot part of our original order (tiles) even though it was written on the order we sent them and told us it hadn't been included in the original quote so it was going to cost us a lot more than originally quoted. Installed a TV hole but when we put the TV mount and TV up cracks started appearing so we had to take the plaster off and reinforce the wall ourselves to hold the TV.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

What a five star company! Keith and Charlie were amazing from start to finish. They were polite, respectful and really friendly. They ensured everything was done with minimal disruption and mess. Our job proved rather complicated with some unforeseen surprises in the chimney stack. Keith came up with plan b and saved the day! Nothing was to much and nothing was a problem. The stove and surround is amazing! It fits perfectly in our farmhouse kitchen and will be enjoyed for many years to come. Keith talked me through all The paper work, demonstrated how the stove worked and all the safety measures. The company also provided us with a carbon monoxide monitor which I thought was a great extra. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and they have been a delight to deal with from start to finish. A big thank you to Chris who looked after us in the showroom.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
