Evonic Floating Built in Fire

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Mike and Jay did a superb job installing our new log burner . They arrived before 9:00 and were finished by 2:45. Efficient and professional, they installed the log burner, cleaned up ( floors and furniture were all covered before under taking the work) and went through all the manufacturers information regarding the working and maintenance of the burner. I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking about having a log burner.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. We have just had a multi fuel burning stove installed. Centreline had installed a gas fire for us a couple of years ago so we were happy to go back to them. Mike and Jay worked hard to open up an old fire place that must have been bricked up many years ago.They did a brilliant job installing the stove, taking care of our furnishings and removing all the bricks and rubble which they later took away. Mike was both helpful and informative on the workings of the stove which looks great. We are now looking forward to using it in the coming winter months.

Centreline have fitted 2 fires for us in our new house. The service from start to finish from Graham in the office to all of the fitting teams has been faultless. We’re thrilled with the finished products too and couldn’t recommend Centreline highly enough.

Saw packages for fires on Monday .phoned on Thursday to fit fire and flu amazing service.Mike and j great guys and did a neat and tidy job also explained how to use fire properly.would recommend every time.

Keith was brilliant, sorted out our old and unsafe stove for a new one. Everything was done quick and to a very high standard, couldn't recommend them more highly. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
