Outstanding service from start to finish!! Kevin in the showroom was very knowledgeable, helping us choose the right fire and surround - whilst even entertaining the children in the showroom whilst we had a good look around!! Then Andy and his team who installed it couldn’t have done a better job, the finish is perfect and they didn’t leave a bit of mess! Just had our 2 log burners fitted & completed today..excellent service from the showroom throughout..the fitters are true perfectionists..& work so hard..clean & tidy & a pleasure to have working in your house..absolutely made up & would highly recommend..

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Bought a wood stove last year. Made up with it at first. Noticed a crack at the back of the fire when cleaning it out for the spring this year. Minimum usage since installation. I did email in March and Graham said it could be due to wet logs, but I only ever buy store bought dried logs so I know it’s not that. He said he would send a replacement part out which I thought was great, which never arrived. I emailed recently to chase it up, no reply. Don’t say one thing and do another. Poor.

Members of staff where very polite and helpful. However, an item was missed off the quote by the showroom, which we didn't notice until the job was halfway completed, the item was offered after we highlighted the issue, however we budgeted for the original quote unfortunately, so we agreed to continue following their original quote, the team however was very quick with support and correcting the confusion. Installers arrived on time. They gave clear instructions on how to use the fire. They were thoughtful and courteous about the fact my partner was working upstairs and needed minimal noise. We noticed after they left that the beam wasn't flushed to the wall as it was slightly separating due to the weight, once this was highlighted the company offered to correct the issue and they gave us the impression that they wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the job. 3 stars for the multiple issues but we have had good conversations with the team, if the gap is solved and servicing in the future is good, it will change to a 4 star.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
