Verified Google Review Make sure you get what you ask for, We didn’t, …yes the work was done very well, the fire works beautifully, the guys were great, however the overall look of what we discussed with Graham, photos sent etc, wasn’t achieved. He told us to tell the fitters what we wanted. Having a very wide chimney breast, 203cm we wanted a nice wide opening for log burner, so we could store logs either side. What we got was a standerd 76cm wide opening, the burner is 46cm wide leaving 7.62 cm on either side. We were told it couldn’t be done, we have had 2 other people in to see if that’s the case, a builder and an established log burner installer. Both said we could’ve had any width we wanted within the breast width. We felt what we got was the easiest option.

After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
