Recently had a new multi-fuel log burner installed by Centreline Fires. I would highly recommend them. From the initial sales team in the showroom (no pressure & just over. £1000 cheaper than other Wirral based installer quotes) to the installation - Andy & his team and the plasterer Steve. Very neat job, no mess and all rubbish removed from site. Had an old 1980’s gas gobbler removed and the new stove installed. Punctual, smart and quick. Very, very pleased with this company and would use them again.

I am not one for writing reviews, but I feel I need to write one for this company, we went to their showroom in Wallasey to have a look at the media walls, we did not feel hassled at all, Graham helped us with all the information we needed we felt relaxed and were happy with the price, Graham sorted everything for us so we didn't have to worry about anything, he made it so easy for us, the guys who fitted the media wall and plastered it were great and very clean and respectful, I am very happy with the end result and I would defiantly recommend this company to anybody looking to get a media wall done, Ask for Graham his is great :)

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

After a year of deliberation and travelling around the northwest and north wales looking at hundreds of fires! We came across centre line fires, within 30 minutes we had chosen and booked our package. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later we have it all fitted and finished as promised. The engineers that fit are really respectful of your home and should be praised. Great service, excellent value. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. Thanks to the team

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.
