Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Im absolutely in love with what they have done for my living room best company we live in Wrexham and still went to the Wirral because Graham and the lads that come to do the fire were amazing graham explained everything to me so well i understood everything I nearly burst into tears because the fire just looks fantastic thank you so much for a job amazingly done so well worth every bit of money amazing xx

So happy with our media wall from centreline fires. The staff there are brilliant , from Graham at the showroom to the lads who built and fitted the media wall plus the plasterer. Professional outfit reliable and friendly couldn’t recommended more . Brilliant .

Andy and the lads did absolutely fantastic job of fitting media wall and log burner.Turned up early started straight on job. Told me all about the job they were doing. Kept me informed throughout the day of how the job was going. Finished result fantastic, every where was cleaned up, even got the hose outside, polite lads and worked non stop. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting log burner , with or without media wall. From visiting the showroom to my log burner being fitted I couldn’t fault the service I received. All staff were helpful, polite and knowledgable. The fitters were clean and efficient, also very patient in explaining how use my first log burner!

I can't compliment the team highly enough. From the beginning, in the showroom, to the end, in out house. Great service from knowledgeable team, and the installation was done with minimal mess (which is amazing considering what is involved). Now got an amazing focal point for our sitting room, who needs a tv when you have such a beautiful burner.

We had a slight problem with our fire, went to showroom asked for advice ,which the lovely staff sorted it on the phone and a gentleman came out next day and fixed our fire ,cliff and I would highly recommend centreline for fires and after service.

So pleased to have our log burner installed. It looks great and is warming the room well. We were well advised initially in the showroom, the fitters were great and the aftercare has been spot on. Would recommend.
