Jamie & Danny came to fit my log burner today, excellent job, very professional, cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed! Painless process from going into the showroom to the fitting !

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

Can't fault Centreline one bit, they initially came out in the summer to install a wood burner but they identified a safety issue that could have turned into something major had they not spotted it. They offered recommendations on how to fix it, which I took on board. Once I got that issue resolved they got me the soonest date they had available, and they came back out to install the burner. I know a few companies that would have ignored that safety concern but Centreline actually cared about our wellbeing. They even honoured the original Summer deal price, which I was eternally grateful for. I can't recommend them enough

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

From showroom to installers could not fault them even with us changing our minds Jamie the installer and his team where absolutely brilliant cleaned up made sure we where happy I'd give them 10 stars if I could Brilliant job well done 👍

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I visited the Centreline showroom a couple of weeks ago, looking to have a multi-fuel stove and hearth fitted. The showroom was one of the best I had visited. We spoke to Graham, who was great. He took us through the package options and was very helpful when it came to making our choice. Keith and Lewis (the fitters) arrived today and were amazing, they did an excellent job. I knew I was going to love it but I underestimated just how much. 😍❤️ They went above and beyond expectations and I'm over the moon with the finished product. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I would 10 out of 10 highly recommend them. Thank you!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!
