From start to finish, this was a brilliant decision to use Centreline for our new wood burner for our home. Chris was brilliant on the phone when I called up and he invited us down to have a look at the different options at his showroom. The showroom is really well presented, with lots of options so you can actually see the different types of log burners as they have a large range in house. Nigel helped us in the showroom, he was brilliant. Very nice helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom is great, because you have 5 or so options to select (a bit like a pick n mix) so you can upgrade and really get a sense of what you want. It's not confusing, it's really clever, easy and helpful. Nigel also came and did a site survey and explained the process to us. The guys came to fit the fire. They were early and ready to roll right away. The guys were brilliant, very polite and when there was a little issue (not their fault, just the house) the guys explained everything in full and kept me informed. They were very clean, and did their best to clean everything. The fire is brilliant and so was the experience. The guys were super fast, but great. I would highly recommend this company. They are very very good.

Had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Went to showroom to look at gas stoves that look realistically like a log burner. Graham was quick to help and give advice (I couldn’t decide on the one I wanted!) Ordering and fitting went very smoothly and I am delighted with the result. It looks fabulous. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Graham was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom. He had great advice but wasn't pushy in any way and listened to what I was looking for, as well as about some potential issues with the gas pipes in the chimney breast. Getting booked in for fitting was straight forward and included everything from brickwork to the moving of gas pipes, taking away and clearing all the debris. Jay and Charlie arrived promptly on the day of fitting and were brilliant, working non stop! Everything was done to a really high standard and I won't hesitate to recommend Centreline Fires as the place to go. Thank you so much, it's exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly good value for money.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Saw packages for fires on Monday .phoned on Thursday to fit fire and flu amazing service.Mike and j great guys and did a neat and tidy job also explained how to use fire properly.would recommend every time.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

After a year of deliberation and travelling around the northwest and north wales looking at hundreds of fires! We came across centre line fires, within 30 minutes we had chosen and booked our package. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later we have it all fitted and finished as promised. The engineers that fit are really respectful of your home and should be praised. Great service, excellent value. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. Thanks to the team
