Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

I had been to other shops for quotes and advice and was happy. I then kept seeing Centreline coming up in my social media a lot!! I took the trip over and from walking through the door I knew I was going to go through Centreline. The staff were amazing they knew exactly what I needed, other shops just told me I could have anything I wanted. These don’t, they looked at my photos and told me which fires are could have. I knew what I wanted and they were very good with pricing and advising me making sure I knew the extra cost of things. They came out a few weeks later and it was all done and dusted in two days. They fitters were great and very tidy. I am so happy with the result and must be the only person wanting cold weather!! I would highly recommend they were brilliant. All the way through the process.

We had a log burner installed by Centrelines and it's absolutely amazing - we literally could not be happier with it! Absolutely faultless service. We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know. It looks amazing and the heat off it is incredible (our dogs love it!). Thank you so much!

Had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Went to showroom to look at gas stoves that look realistically like a log burner. Graham was quick to help and give advice (I couldn’t decide on the one I wanted!) Ordering and fitting went very smoothly and I am delighted with the result. It looks fabulous. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

I suspected, when looking for installers, that an off the shelf solution wouldn't work for me in my old property. From my first call with Sylvia exploring if it would be possible to keep my existing surround, to my long showroom guide with Chris and my number crunching with Graham, the showroom team were excellent in every respect. They were knowledgeable and patient while I wrestled with the options and finally decided on a new surround and a few upgrades that suited my taste and room. Fitting day dawned and Jamie and Adam arrived promptly at the time expected. The work was no walk in the park for them. The first discovery was that my fireplace extended into my cellars, this was solved with additional lintels. The second was a brick fall and the discovery that the mid-feathers in my 1880 build shared chimney had collapsed at some point in history necessitating a visit with my neighbour, all handled professionally and flue liner fitted successfully in consultation with their roofer. The next challenge was uneven walls and floor which made finding a level for the hearth a nightmare, and the final challenge was lining up the diamond patterned chamber that I'd chosen. All this to say that if you expect your property to be challenging (and even if you don't) you're in safe hands. These additional challenges were handled with good humour and a fantastic work ethic. They were clean and tidy and didn't stop from 9am until they finished around 5pm. I don't even remember them stopping for lunch. The included photos really don't do it justice because I've not finished touching up paint or put the room back together yet but it gives an idea of the workmanship and finished look. I'm honestly delighted and I'll be getting Centreline back to tackle the other room when I can. I would not go anywhere else.
