Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. We ordered 2 multifuel fires and hearths and received excellent service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and the fitters were exceptional as they had to work around building work/workers due to extension being built. Very impressed with fires, fitting, advice and overall service.

Andy and Lewis did a really great job. Lovely guys managed all the mess from the minute they walked in the door and but sheeting down in the hall. Answered all our questions and worked around what finish we wanted once the fireplace was opened up. Would definitely recommend.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience at Centreline Fires. The showroom has a variety of fires, with different options on build design, many of which include wall hung TV's. The sales force are helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Once we had made a decision, fitting was arranged without much delay. The fitters were prompt and efficient, discussing options with us to ensure that we were happy at every stage and there was good communication with the showroom during the fitting process. The finished build is just what we were hoping for, so overall, a good product and great service.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
