Visited Centreline showroom which is very impressive. So much to choose from and all of a high standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Ordered media wall to be fitted which was completed to a high standard by a team who were very professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone for excellent service. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

The removal of the old fire and installation if the new was fantastic - all done in 6 hours - with the house left cleaner than they found it! Thank you for doing such a great job.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I absolutely love my media wall. I’m so glad that I chose Centreline Fires as they were amazing from the initial phone call with Graham right through to the installation of the wall. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and gave good advice regarding the choice of fires and television bracket. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
