I had a stove fitted today. I can’t remember the two lads names that did the work, but they were class throughout. Professional and very meticulous. They worked very hard to ensure the job was done to a very high standard and gave a detailed breakdown of how it all works and what kind of aftercare was needed which I appreciated. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me. I would recommend Centreline without hesitation and will definitely be a return customer with any future projects. Thankyou centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional.
