Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff at the showroom (Kevin and Graeme) were extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged fitting within a week of ordering and the two fitters were fantastic. They were professional, tidy and their work was of the highest standard. The fire looks lovely, we are so pleased with it.

Brilliant service and made up with the new fireplace, would highly recommend for anyone wanting their service. I will happily carry on chilling with my little mate in the warm! Thanks again! 👍

From start to finish, this was a brilliant decision to use Centreline for our new wood burner for our home. Chris was brilliant on the phone when I called up and he invited us down to have a look at the different options at his showroom. The showroom is really well presented, with lots of options so you can actually see the different types of log burners as they have a large range in house. Nigel helped us in the showroom, he was brilliant. Very nice helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom is great, because you have 5 or so options to select (a bit like a pick n mix) so you can upgrade and really get a sense of what you want. It's not confusing, it's really clever, easy and helpful. Nigel also came and did a site survey and explained the process to us. The guys came to fit the fire. They were early and ready to roll right away. The guys were brilliant, very polite and when there was a little issue (not their fault, just the house) the guys explained everything in full and kept me informed. They were very clean, and did their best to clean everything. The fire is brilliant and so was the experience. The guys were super fast, but great. I would highly recommend this company. They are very very good.

Absolute 5* experience with Centreline Fires and would not hesitate to recommend. We travelled from Wigan to Centreline after visiting many showrooms close to home were too pushy for sales, they didn't even come close to our experience with Centreline. Kev is really knowledgeable and no hard/pushy sales! He actually recommended we didn't spend more on a higher range fire (and he could have said nothing and made more money out of us but he gave his honest opinions and they were taken into account). From the minute we stepped foot through the door we were in safe hands. From ordered to fitting was less than 3 weeks! Incredibly impressed. The fitters who came out on the day were equally as fab, covered all furniture and left the job clean and tidy! (They literally didn't stop and didn't even take a break to get the job done!) In the process of having an extension and will definitely be returning to Centreline for another fire in several month times! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Centreline Fires recently fitted our new wood burner, and we couldn't be more pleased. Although we initially waited longer than intended, was well worth the wait. The sales team in the office were superb, and kept us updated throughout. The installation engineers were very professional, courteous and we had a service with a smile. Very satisfied customers......thanks team :) Would highly recommended. PS - the stains on the carpet were previously there.

Had a gas stove and a log burner fitted by Centreline. Over the moon with the work carried out great job at a fair price. Completely cleaned after themselves too. Would definitely recommend �

Just had my multi fuel package fitted by Andy and Lewis . I’m delighted with all aspects from first visiting the show room right the way through to fitting everything has been first class . Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.

Centreline Fires should be the first port of call for anyone wanting a stove installed. The Centreline Team expertly installed a fabulous stove in my home yesterday. The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking of installing a stove. Thank you Graham, Mike & James
