Kevin in the showroom was very knowledgeable, helping us choose the right fire and surround - whilst even entertaining the children in the showroom whilst we had a good look around!! Then Andy and his team who installed it couldn’t have done a better job, the finish is perfect and they didn’t leave a bit of mess! Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

We have had our wood burner/media wall installed over the past 2 days, and we are absolutely over the moon! We couldn’t have asked for a better job. From start to finish Jamie and Adam the fitters were faultless! Hats off to the lads they cracked on hassle free! Very polite and easy to chat too. Any questions I asked they answered professionally. Then run me through the steps on how to heat cycle the fire at the end of the job. Well done to the pair of them! And Centreline for getting me booked in fast and easy as soon as they could.

We can’t recommend this company highly enough. They were incredibly professional from the moment that we walked in. Their knowledge and advice was invaluable and the two fitters Keith and Charlie, who installed our stove were amazing in all aspects of their work. We are so pleased with how our stove looks and would not hesitate to recommend Centreline to anyone looking to buy a product from them.

So pleased that I went with centreline. Visited the showroom, spoke with Chris who went through all the options of having a multi burner, was really well informed. The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. The guys who came to fit the fire, did an outstanding job, professional, hard working, tidied up, explained fire care and function afterwards. Thank you both so much. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed.
