I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

My experience of Centreline Fires was wholly positive. Their showroom is great and they went the extra mile to get my fire installed, in the wake of an accident to one of their fitters, leaving them short-staffed. Andy & his team worked on a Sunday with minimum fuss & I am delighted with the result. Well done & I would recommend you to anyone.

What an outstanding experience we have had start to finish. Walked into the showroom in Wallasey to be greeted by Sylvia who treated my wife and I like royalty. She helped us pick out the perfect package. Jamie and Adam did our installation and what a fantastic job they did. We are delighted with our new fireplace.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Andy and the guys came and installed media wall fire and TV. Excellent job great guys professional talked through options and were very patient whilst we decided. Left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommend

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Friendly and helpful when browsing and booking really knowledgeable couldn’t imagine going to anyone else Fitters fast and friendly all installed in half the time I thought it would take and now living room is toasty and looks amazing
