Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Fantastic from start to finish. Jamie and Adam were fabulous fitters. Friendly, helpful, tidy. Explained everything and how to use the stove. I can’t fault these guys. If I ever need another one I know where to go.

Andy and Lewis did a really great job. Lovely guys managed all the mess from the minute they walked in the door and but sheeting down in the hall. Answered all our questions and worked around what finish we wanted once the fireplace was opened up. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Went to showroom to look at gas stoves that look realistically like a log burner. Graham was quick to help and give advice (I couldn’t decide on the one I wanted!) Ordering and fitting went very smoothly and I am delighted with the result. It looks fabulous. Can’t recommend this company more highly.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation.
