Saw packages for fires on Monday .phoned on Thursday to fit fire and flu amazing service.Mike and j great guys and did a neat and tidy job also explained how to use fire properly.would recommend every time.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

From start to finish this company has been absolutely fantastic, spoke to Chris on the phone he advised we go to the show room and have a look round and choose what we want, we turned up the next day where we were met by the wonderful Graham, Nothing was too much trouble I had him demented with 101 questions and he was happy to answer them all! He sorted everything on that first visit and within 2 weeks the fitters came. They arrived at 9am and it was all done by 4 pm and they never left a spec of dust behind. My fire looks amazing it has completely transformed my living room and I will recommend this company everytime. Thanks so much I love it

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had a stove fitted today. I can’t remember the two lads names that did the work, but they were class throughout. Professional and very meticulous. They worked very hard to ensure the job was done to a very high standard and gave a detailed breakdown of how it all works and what kind of aftercare was needed which I appreciated. I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me.
