22″ Pryzm Inset Electric Fire

Had our multi fuel stove fitted last Wednesday by these guys the whole process was amazing from Chris in the showroom to Mike & Jay installing clean tidy and professional.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had the stove package fitted on the 28th of January 2025, lads arrived promptly, very professional, done the job as described and tidied up and explained how to use the stove in detail before leaving.

Just like to say a massive thank you to the staff in Centreline fires from the moment we walked through the show room doors to the fitting of our new stove all staff were friendly informative and attentive the guys who fitted it today we're amazing they left our home spotless and carried out the fit even in the teaming rain, can't recommend them enough just need to move the dog now!!!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
