Was honest about choices where they could have suggested I took another option at a higher price but they didn’t. Took the time to show me options of bricks with no pressure. The fitters were amazing. Grafters and then some. Working in this heat must have been tough but they didn’t stop. Even went above and beyond on making sure everything looked right. Then the end with a starter kit of wood and talking me through everything. Oh and they take the rubbish!!! Don’t know many who do that now. Can’t thank you enough!! I love it already.

After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
