I had my log burner fitted today, from enquiry through to fitting I have received a friendly and reliable service from Grahame and the team. Andy and Mikey who fitted the fire took great care to ensure everything was fitted correctly, mess was cleaned up and that I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. I'm certain this is going to look really special once the room is decorated. I'd highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again in future.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Really pleased with the efficient and speedy service we received from Centreline in replacing our old gas fire with a new electric fire and beautiful fireplace. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, both in the showroom and the team that fitted it. Thanks again.

requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed.
