AGA Ludlow EC5 – Multifuel Stove

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff at the showroom (Kevin and Graeme) were extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged fitting within a week of ordering and the two fitters were fantastic. They were professional, tidy and their work was of the highest standard. The fire looks lovely, we are so pleased with it.

We recently had a log burner installed we are so happy with it and would highly recommend this company. Keith and Mikey went above and beyond excellent workers. Thank you.

I decided to go with Centreline to install my stove because of the outstanding reviews here and they definitely lived up to expectations. Kev and the team in the showroom were friendly and helpful and managed to get my installation booked in within a week due to a cancellation. The installation team arrived on time and were clearly really good at what they do. They even managed to keep everything pretty clean and tidy in what was a messy job! Thanks to everyone for such great service all round. Looking forward to a cosy winter with my new stove!

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Centreline Fires should be the first port of call for anyone wanting a stove installed. The Centreline Team expertly installed a fabulous stove in my home yesterday. The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking of installing a stove. Thank you Graham, Mike & James

Just had my multi fuel package fitted by Andy and Lewis . I’m delighted with all aspects from first visiting the show room right the way through to fitting everything has been first class . Andy and Lewis worked so hard and cleaned away all the debris leaving the room all clear . Thanks again Guys I would definitely recommend this company 5⭐️

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had my log burner fitted today, from enquiry through to fitting I have received a friendly and reliable service from Grahame and the team. Andy and Mikey who fitted the fire took great care to ensure everything was fitted correctly, mess was cleaned up and that I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. I'm certain this is going to look really special once the room is decorated. I'd highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again in future.

Can't reccomend this company enough from the initial visit to the showroom to kev advising on the home visit. The showroom is fab the fires are the best around and the displays are great. I've not seen better anywhere... James and Mike arrived and literally never stopped all day building the media wall there work is fantastic using all the best materials I'm so impressed.. Steve arrived to plaster another worker who literally didn't stop working the finish on the wall is excellent.. Alan and Ben are the electricians nothing to much trouble for them 2 great workers again even coming back to change the TV bracket we bought the wrong one.. Not leaving till everythink was spot on..highly recommended them.. Not one of them left a mess everyone covered up everythink and cleaned up after the work was completed.. Honestly can't reccomend this company enough if anyone's thinking of a new fire or media wall you won't be disappointed..

10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.
