AGA Ludlow EC5 – Electric Stove

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Visited several other fire installers locally and were not impressed with either the indifferent staff or expensive quotes, then travelled a little further to Centreline Fires, Wallasey. Big difference with the welcome from both Chris on the first visit and Graham on the second compared to the others we had visited. Very helpful and very good quote for the multi fuel stove with full installation. The 2 installers, Adam and Jamie were great. Very friendly and carried out an excellent professional installation. Didn’t stop all day except for the occasional brew, thanks all. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation process and highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Keith was brilliant, sorted out our old and unsafe stove for a new one. Everything was done quick and to a very high standard, couldn't recommend them more highly. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Mike and Jay just finished installing two wood burners for our new home. Can’t recommend these guys enough, they were amazing! They talked us through every step of the installation and even though our house may have had a few unexpected properties they had a solution for every problem. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
