Love love love my new fire!!! The guys didn’t stop all day. Absolutely smashed the installation and a thorough clean when they finished! From start to finish a perfect experience Could not be happier!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. We had our log burner and surround fitted yesterday. We visited the showroom several times for advice and to look at the displays before making a decision. The in-store team including Sylvia, Graham and Chris were all very knowledgeable and explained what options would be possible for us. We upgraded from the basic package, needed to have the gas capped off and also needed a cherry picker to access the chimney. The team coordinated all this and kept us informed. Our fire and surround were fitted by Jamie and Adam. They were very careful to protect our furniture and carpet from the inevitable dust created on opening up the chimney breast and removing the backfill from the previous gas fire. They were polite and professional and worked hard and quietly to complete the whole job, including patching in on the same day. They then tidied up and educated us how to use the fire. We are delighted with our new fire and fireplace and would definitely use this company again. Thank you to the whole team!

Have wanted a flame fire forever. Childhood memories and being a happy camper around a fire. I took the plunge. The gang a Centreline Fires were amazing, not trying to make a big sale from me. They made sure I got what I wanted and for the price I wanted it for. Chris in information and sales knew his stuff. The lads who fitted it, Wow! They worked hard and gave me a masterpiece. They even cleaned up after themselves. All that was left for me to do was decorate and lit it up 💙

Andy and his team did a fantastic job with some minor adjustments and a small repair which was needed. He not only turned up on time, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Andy was the original fitter for my fireplace and made sure he was always contactable should the need arise which it did. Andy liased with Centreline to ensure the correct parts were ordered. There was no mess whatsoever. I am even more delighted with my fireplace than I was before and I can't wait for it to get cold. Thank you Andy and team !

From start to finish Centreline have been amazing. Great customer service from Graham and Kev. They also had an extra 10% offer too which was great! Fast, professional, knowledgeable, clean and friendly fitting by Andy, Lewis and Frankie less than a week later. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
