I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Just had a beautiful stove and chimney breast installed and we couldn't be happier. From our first visit to the showroom through to installation, we have been treated so well. We're particularly grateful to Graham for his advice which saved us at least £2000 and to Andy and the team for being so friendly, considerate (and tidy!) whilst working in our home. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.

Had our multi fuel stove fitted last Wednesday by these guys the whole process was amazing from Chris in the showroom to Mike & Jay installing clean tidy and professional.

We had our log burner installed yesterday and the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. An excellent job from prep through to install and cleanup. The installer took the time to show me how to operate the stove and answered all my questions. I attended the showroom twice before we made our purchase and both times, the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Centreline made the process super easy from start to finish. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation.
