After a lot of research, we ended up buying our fire from Centreline. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We are delighted with our fire. These things are not cheap, so having people like Graham and Kevin to deal with & guide us through the minefield made it slightly less painful! The showroom is amazing, I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Great service from start to finish creating a media wall. The team turned up on the day, on time and worked to a finish. The plastering work is phenomenal. Took a call from the office after the work was completed asking if there were any snags. We had an old fireplace and plinth removed which left a small gap where the plinth had been. The team came back and concreted the gap to perfection. Couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough. Great value and service.

We had our new log burner installed yesterday. We were honestly blown away by the speed and quality of the work. Also really sound guys who were doing the work (Mike and Jay). And they did the whole job in one day. So so so happy with the work and our new fire. Would recommend them to anyone who lives in the Wirral

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.
