I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

We are so happy with our wood burner. Friendly, clear and honest advice in showroom and helped us choose exactly the right package for us. They fitted the fire within 2 weeks (including survey). Mike and Jay removed our old fire, fitted our new one and installed a chimney pot before 3pm. Their work is so neat and they left the room really tidy. We couldn't be more pleased!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Mike and Jay did a superb job installing our new log burner . They arrived before 9:00 and were finished by 2:45. Efficient and professional, they installed the log burner, cleaned up ( floors and furniture were all covered before under taking the work) and went through all the manufacturers information regarding the working and maintenance of the burner. I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking about having a log burner.

Amazing finish, great guys… but had a plastering problem, built the wall but I’ll say shortage of plasterers??? Cost me over a week of waiting and work and eventually got it sorted!! No compensation, No apology?

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Just like to say a massive thank you to the staff in Centreline fires from the moment we walked through the show room doors to the fitting of our new stove all staff were friendly informative and attentive the guys who fitted it today we're amazing they left our home spotless and carried out the fit even in the teaming rain, can't recommend them enough just need to move the dog now!!!
