Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Just had my multi fuel package fitted by Andy and Lewis . I’m delighted with all aspects from first visiting the show room right the way through to fitting everything has been first class . Andy and Lewis worked so hard and cleaned away all the debris leaving the room all clear . Thanks again Guys I would definitely recommend this company 5⭐️

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

5* and more! From the time I first visited the showroom to the finished supply and fit, Centreline Fires were first class for customer advice, care and the final fitting. Kevin was very informative and patient whilst we decided which fire we would have (their showroom has such a fantastic selection). There was a small snag on the first fit when we realised that the existing liner needed replacing. Kevin and his team couldn’t do enough to assist, a liner was ordered and a second fit date arranged. Keith and James had the unenviable task of completing that fit today, it was not easy at all for them because of a concrete weight bearing joist blocking where the decorative pipe needed to go. They truly had the patience of a saint, and whilst trying to solve the problem, were constantly reassuring me that all would be good by the time they had finished. They did an amazing job and were a pleasure to have in our home. They took so much care over our carpets and furnishings and took all the boxes, old liner and bits of pipe with them when they left. They even put protective plates over our driveway for the cherry picker to sit on. They are a credit to the company. All the fitting checks and paperwork were handed to us, and they also register the work for you too. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Centreline Fires, and when our other fire gives up the ghost, we will definitely be returning. Thanks guys, we’re over the moon with our fire - we can chuck out our thermal underwear now!

requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I just had a new fire fitted by Centreline Fires. Top class fitters who were polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job, the finish is excellent and it looks stunning! Thank you. 😄

I suspected, when looking for installers, that an off the shelf solution wouldn't work for me in my old property. From my first call with Sylvia exploring if it would be possible to keep my existing surround, to my long showroom guide with Chris and my number crunching with Graham, the showroom team were excellent in every respect. They were knowledgeable and patient while I wrestled with the options and finally decided on a new surround and a few upgrades that suited my taste and room. Fitting day dawned and Jamie and Adam arrived promptly at the time expected. The work was no walk in the park for them. The first discovery was that my fireplace extended into my cellars, this was solved with additional lintels. The second was a brick fall and the discovery that the mid-feathers in my 1880 build shared chimney had collapsed at some point in history necessitating a visit with my neighbour, all handled professionally and flue liner fitted successfully in consultation with their roofer. The next challenge was uneven walls and floor which made finding a level for the hearth a nightmare, and the final challenge was lining up the diamond patterned chamber that I'd chosen. All this to say that if you expect your property to be challenging (and even if you don't) you're in safe hands. These additional challenges were handled with good humour and a fantastic work ethic. They were clean and tidy and didn't stop from 9am until they finished around 5pm. I don't even remember them stopping for lunch. The included photos really don't do it justice because I've not finished touching up paint or put the room back together yet but it gives an idea of the workmanship and finished look. I'm honestly delighted and I'll be getting Centreline back to tackle the other room when I can. I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
