Just had my beautiful fire and surround fitted by Jay and Mike who worked so hard and left my place spotless. Thank you so much.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Visited Centreline showroom which is very impressive. So much to choose from and all of a high standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Ordered media wall to be fitted which was completed to a high standard by a team who were very professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone for excellent service. Would highly recommend this Company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Had the stove package fitted on the 28th of January 2025, lads arrived promptly, very professional, done the job as described and tidied up and explained how to use the stove in detail before leaving.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I had been to other shops for quotes and advice and was happy. I then kept seeing Centreline coming up in my social media a lot!! I took the trip over and from walking through the door I knew I was going to go through Centreline. The staff were amazing they knew exactly what I needed, other shops just told me I could have anything I wanted. These don’t, they looked at my photos and told me which fires are could have. I knew what I wanted and they were very good with pricing and advising me making sure I knew the extra cost of things. They came out a few weeks later and it was all done and dusted in two days. They fitters were great and very tidy. I am so happy with the result and must be the only person wanting cold weather!! I would highly recommend they were brilliant. All the way through the process.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
